I come from a family of craftsmanship. My father is a goldsmith, and growing up, I watched him take an idea from a customer's imagination, sketch it on paper, and shape it — patiently, precisely — into something real. That process of taking full ownership, of turning a vision into a finished product that delivers genuine value, was instilled in me long before I understood what "product management" even meant.

Hi, I'm Pranesh Soni, an IIM alumnus, currently working as an AI Product Owner/Manager at Cognizant. Over the past three-plus years, I've built AI capabilities across industries, with a special focus on Life Sciences — a domain where the products we build don't just solve business problems, they contribute to something larger: human health and wellbeing. That sense of purpose is what drew me to this role early in my career, and it's what continues to drive me today.

My work sits at the intersection of business and technology. I own problems end-to-end — understanding workflows, engaging closely with engineering teams, and diving deep into technical conversations because I believe good product decisions come from truly understanding the flow, not just directing from a distance. From there, I translate that understanding into clear requirements, sound solutions, and successful implementation. Stakeholder satisfaction and the KPIs that matter most to users aren't just metrics I track — they're commitments I hold myself to.

Beyond work, I'm endlessly curious about artificial intelligence. If I'm honest, a part of that curiosity traces back to Tony Stark and Jarvis — the idea of a truly intelligent, trusted companion that just gets things done. It might sound like something out of a movie, but it's what keeps me building prototypes and upskilling constantly, chasing that same spirit of intelligent, seamless assistance in the real world.

When I step away from the screen, you'll usually find me in the mountains, recharging in nature — or back at my desk, quietly attempting (and often failing, gloriously) to build my own version of Jarvis. And when neither of those is happening, I'm probably lost in a good book.
